Meet The Team

KAYLA

Originally from Pennsylvania, Kayla has called North Carolina home for over 20 years. In 2010, she received her dental assisting certificate from a technical school in Erie, Pennsylvania. Her passion for dentistry grew and pushed her to receive her Dental Hygiene License from Cape Fear Community College in 2018. She loves spending time with family, beach days with friends, and cheering for the Carolina Panthers.

MEGAN

Originally from southeast Pennsylvania, Megan made the move to Wilmington by way of 6 years lived in Colorado. Family, her love of the beach and warm weather brought her back to the east coast.

Megan graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2007 and has enjoyed providing quality oral health care and meeting wonderful people over the last 11 years. Evolving modern dental practices motivate her to continue to grow in her field.

While Megan is passionate about her work, she finds the most joy in her role as a mom and wife. Her husband Vreeland and their 2 little ones, Pierce and Hattie, just love spending time together with friends.

JAMIE

I have been in the dental world for 15 years as an assistant and now taking on the front office role. I love being able to work both positions when needed. I have lived in Wilmington for 10 years now, originally from Pennsylvania/Maryland. I enjoy traveling to Puerto Rico for surfing and scuba diving! I also like to snowboard and go hiking in the mountains! I have an amazing fiance, Matt and we’re getting married in Puerto Rico in 2020. I have a black lab and her name is Iris. I also have two cats, Hamlet and Chloe.

NATALIE

Originally from Richmond, VA, Natalie has made Wilmington home for close to 2 years. In 2019, Natalie graduated from Radford University with a Psychology degree and a minor in Biology and is looking to continue her education. She has grown a love for dentistry and is learning more about the dental field everyday.
“Being new to the dental world, Dr. Duffy and the team truly have welcomed me like family. We strive to make a difference in the lives of our patients and I’m grateful to witness this everyday. I’ve learned a tremendous amount about the dental field in the short amount of time I’ve been a part of the team. Not only has this been a huge learning curve for me, but seeing the impact we make in our patients lives makes me want to pursue career options within this field”
In her spare time, Natalie loves spending time on the water with her golden retriever, Sailor, and her significant other, Chris. She also loves to run, hike and spend time with friends and family.

Sierra

Sierra became a North Carolinian in 2006 when she moved to the Southport area from Delaware. In 2020, she received her Dental Assistant Certification from Cape Fear Community College in downtown Wilmington. Dentistry has always been a passion of hers since she was a teenager. After her own personal experience of getting braces gaining extra confidence with a new and improved smile, she wants to help give others the same boost of confidence.

KIERSTI

Originally from Gettysburg Pennsylvania, Kiersti moved here to pursue her dream of becoming a dentist and be close to the beach she has been in the dental field for over seven years and enjoys providing top quality care to patients while making an ever lasting impact on their lives by restoring their smiles.

“I love helping people! I love being able to provide a person with a smile of their dreams and seeing the life changing experience and having us it brings to people.”

In 2013, she received her dental assisting certificate from a technical school in Pennsylvania. Her passion for dentistry grew and pushed her to receive her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting License in 2019. She loves spending her free time gardening, going to the beach or listening to live music at local breweries.

Dr. Dan Duffy, DMD

Dr. Dan Duffy is a native of Point Pleasant, NJ. After completing undergraduate studies at East Carolina University (Greenville, NC), he entered ECU's School of Dental Medicine, receiving a Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2016.
